- Used on panel beaten sections of vehicles to even out hammer marks and to fill blow holes and file marks in polyester body fillers and to fill indentations noticeable after application of the primer.
- Substrates: Panel beaten still uneven car body parts.
- The product can be applied by: By Palette Knife or Plastic or putty knife. Thin layers are preferred to thick ones which tend to trap solvent under the surface and the final layer should be proud of the surface to facilitate rubbing back to a level surface
- Spreading Capacity per coat: Depends on number and thickness of coats applied, imperfections, temperature & wastage during painting. Rough estimate would be about 2 – 4 m2/kg Drying time Touch Dry: 10 mins. at 25oC.
- Sandable: 30 minutes Through Dry: Up to 1-hour dependent on the thickness of the layer. If overcoated before all solvent evaporates “sinkage” will occur.
- Rapid drying.
- Hard.
- Flexible.
- Good filling and sanding properties.
