Product Details
- Finishing coat on new or repaired vehicles; industrial finishing on switchboards, transformers, metal and wooden furniture, cabinets, etc.
- The product can be applied by: Spray
- Mixing Ratio: 1 part Paint : 1 part High Gloss Thinner (by volume)
- Application Viscosity: 20 - 22 seconds B4 Cup @ 25ºC
- Application Pressure: 45 - 50 PSI
- Spreading Capacity per coat: 4 – 6 m²/l per coat dependent on texture and overspray losses (Overspray losses can be as much as 30 - 40%)
- Drying time (Touch Dry / Overcoating/Repair Time / Hard Dry) varies by surface temperature:
- 15 – 25ºC: 10 minutes / 45 minutes / 2 hours
- 26 – 30ºC: 6 – 8 minutes / 30 minutes / 1½ hours
- 31 – 35ºC: 3 – 5 minutes / 20 minutes / 1 hour
- Rapid drying. Excellent gloss, flow, hardness and abrasion resistance. Good exterior durability and colour retention.
