PRODUCT USES:
- Finishing or refinishing of industrial, oilfield, construction, garden furniture, farm implements, hand tools, agricultural equipment as well as a wide array of general metal applications.
- The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10°C and at least 3°C above the dew point of the air, measured near the substrate. Good ventilation is usually required in confined areas to ensure proper drying. The moisture content in the substrate should not exceed 3% (by weight). The coating should not be exposed to oil, chemicals or mechanical stress until fully cured.
- Thinner & equipment cleaner: Crown Industrial Thinner
- Thinning: Up to 25% with Industrial Thinner.
- Drying Times: Surface dry in 1 hours, re-coatable in 4hours. D.F.T.: Min. 25 microns. Max. 35 microns.
- The product can be applied by: Apply by spray @ viscosity 18-22 seconds Ford #4 Cup.
- Spreading Capacity per coat: Depends on film thickness applied, type of texture, surface porosity, imperfections, temperature & wastage during painting 10 - 12 m2/l per coat @DFT 25µm. Maximum spread rate per coat is obtained at minimum dry film thickness and vice versa.
